Our client, a reputable and well-established legal practise, is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to their diverse range of private clients. Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and trusts.
- Assisting with the preparation and drafting of wills and trust deeds.
- Dealing with probate matters, including the administration of estates.
- Providing expert legal advice on private client matters to a loyal client base.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
- Solid understanding of wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice and services.
Salary and Benefits:
- The annual salary for this position ranges from £70,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
