LHH Executive Search are delighted to be supporting a multi-national consumer business to identify their next CFO. Amid an exciting transformation and growth journey, the business requires an accomplished and visionary leader to support the executive leadership team in driving the commercial agenda of the organisation. Leading a sizeable team responsible for consolidating the results, the CFO will take a lead role in translating the numbers into meaningful commercial insights to drive decision making whilst ensuring the prevalence of an appropriate financial control environment.

Possessing the ability to balance the day-to-day operational leadership of a talented finance function with supporting the longer-term strategic goals of the business, the successful candidate will:

• Operate as part of the leadership team providing value add insights and decision support
• Lead and develop a large team ensuring the structure is engineered to support business needs
• Ensure all financial processes and controls are fit for purpose
• Leverage technology and systems to automate processes and deliver efficiencies
• Support a large-scale ERP implementation programme
• Establish world-class cross functional relationships to support the business's aggressive growth agenda

As a qualified chartered accountant with a demonstrable track record of hiring, nurturing and retaining talent, you will be adept at implementing a continuous improvement led culture throughout the function. Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to manage a broad-range of stakeholders is pre-requisite.
