Project Manager - ESG - Sustainability - Investment Bank / London
My client requires and experienced PM with a background in delivering ESG Regulatory projects across the banking sector (Investment Banking prefered) - £600 per day to the contractor via umbrella)
Role
Provide the appropriate Project Management technical expertise for the ESG Regulatory Disclosure Project
Responsible for bringing the organisation into compliance by driving and delivering the required change benefits and goals across EMEA to the required quality standards, within the specified time-frame and to the agreed budget with minimal impact on the business.
Ensures that all projects have the appropriate governance, transparency and oversight. Ensures that the rationale, progress and decision making is robustly documented and evidenced to withstand regulatory scrutiny.
This role is aimed at an experienced project manager that has a passion for Sustainability & climate change mitigation and would like to drive impact using their project management expertise.
The role holder will also work with internal departments such as
EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) & European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) Teams
