Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to sales agreements, procurement contracts, and NDA's.
• Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify potential risks and recommend necessary changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure efficient and effective contract management.
• Assist with legal matters related to property transactions and lease agreements.
• Stay updated on legal developments, particularly in the fields of commercial law, data protection, and HSE regulations.
• Support the procurement team in contract negotiations and vendor management.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, including but not limited to contract law, NDA agreements, and property law.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in managing complex contracts.
• Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of contracts, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Please note: This is an interim position with a competitive daily rate.
