Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their newly restructured Marketing and Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity that offers high visibility and the chance to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the firm.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement business development plans and client/referrer relationship management strategies.
  • Manage tenders and work-winning opportunities in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Advocate for business development and client/referrer relationship management across the firm.
  • Drive firm-wide business development initiatives and research projects.
  • Provide oversight to a recently recruited Business Development Executive.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in business development and marketing within professional services.
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable leading initiatives and conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in producing client-facing proposal documents and work-winning opportunities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking new ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player with a genuine interest in marketing and business development.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude, ready to make an impact in a newly created role.
