Join our client, a leading provider of security services on a 6 month basis.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal UK and work closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR teams
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts
- Assess marketing material for regulatory compliance
- Handle small case load of general small claims litigation
What You Bring:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years UK Experience
- Previous experience working on a breadth of Commercial Contracts
- Good knowledge of consumer rights
- Strong understanding of data protection
- Commercial contract review, negotiation, and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
