About the job:


As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment. You will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relations matters. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Advising line managers on the management of various ER matters including performance management, disciplinary, grievance.
  • ER Case management of complex/high risk matters.
  • Commerciality, able to confidently work alongside line managers on strategic people-related matters. Will consider candidates that have strategic HR Advisory experience, alongside ER.
  • Able to educate and empower managers on risk management.
  • This is a high-performance environment, experience in working in similar/fast paced organisations is desirable.

Requirements and qualifications:


  • Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
