Are you a Commercial Lawyer with experience in the insurance industry? I'm working with a dynamic and growing organisation seeking a Legal Counsel to join their London-based team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-quality matters while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Reviewing and negotiating Commercial Contracts

✅ Acting as a second pair of eyes on NDAs after initial review

✅ Drafting and negotiating Vendor Agreements

✅ Handling agreements with MGUs, TOBs with Brokers, and Delegated Authority Agreements

✅ Supporting various providers and enabling the team to tackle work in-house
