Responsibilities:
π Lead and oversee a team of auditors, managing a growing and established audit portfolio.
π€ Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on audit work flows, resource allocation, and future direction.
π Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing and preparing high-quality audit documentation.
π‘ Offer expert advice on complex audit-related matters and projects.
π Work cross-functionally to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated business solutions.
π©βπ« Mentor and support team members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their professional growth.
π Represent the firm at networking events and business forums, actively identifying new business opportunities.
π Identify cross-selling and additional service opportunities for both new and existing clients.
πΌ Set the standard as a hands-on Director, leading by example with a proactive, client-focused approach.
Requirements:
π ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
π Proven ability to represent the firm in new networks and generate new business.
π Extensive experience in audit and accounting, with a strong grasp of current standards, regulations, and best practices.
πͺ Demonstrated leadership abilities with a history of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
π¬ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
π§ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
