LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a full-time in-office Monday through Friday position. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of recent call center experience, utilizing multiple screens. This position pays $17-$19 per hour depending on experience.


The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers calling into our call center. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage high-volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices while utilizing and switching between multiple screens and databases.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
