About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent for various healthcare positions. Utilizing UKG to manage applicant data and track recruitment metrics, you will ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
Utilize UKG for applicant tracking, recruitment analytics, and reporting.
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
Post job openings across multiple platforms and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
Proficiency in UKG or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
