We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Internal Auditor to join our client’s team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute full-cycle internal audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit findings are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and the audit committee.
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing.
Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, CIA, or other relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.
Proven experience in conducting full-cycle audits.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
