Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our client's team in Eugene, Oregon. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to their executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
