LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana for contract to hire.
Responsibilities
Daily financial and administrative support including verification and recording of expenses and payables for multiple locations
Assist Accounts Payable Supervisor with reconciliations, credit cards, customer support
Match and process high volume invoices; route invoices to management for approval
Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage vendor accounts
Calculate, post transactions, process invoices and verify financial data
Month-end reconciliations
Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports and recording entries
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or related field
A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
Previous experience working in PeopleSoft and ImageNow
Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Full Time
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Details: $21 - $23/hr
