LHH is recruiting a Legal Administrative Assistant for a law firm in Madison, Wisconsin. One day a week remote. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Formatting and proofreading
- File maintenance
- Client intake process
- Time entry
- Maintaining attorneys’ calendars,
- Two or more years of experience with estate planning & probate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent multi-tasking, attention to detail and organizational skills
