Office Administrator
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and supporting office staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior experience with Microsoft Office, typing, and filing
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
