- Assist with payroll processing using Paycom software
- Onboard new employees and ensure accurate data entry in Paycom
- Coordinate with HR team and staff to ensure smooth onboarding and payroll procedures
- Provide general administrative support related to HR processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Previous experience using Paycom software is a MUST
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and HR procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
- Must be available for full-time hours, with potential for part-time flexibility
