Job Title: Family Law Legal Assistant Location: Seattle, WA Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00


LHH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join our client's Family Law Practice Group.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases efficiently.


  • Manage attorneys' schedules and ensure all case deadlines are met, including timely confirmation of motions.


  • Handle the coordination and production of discovery materials.


  • Prepare for extensive motions practice, mediation sessions, and trials.


  • Support lawyers in the preparation of cases for filing, mediation, settlement, and trial.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in WA Family Law


  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases.


  • Experience in managing attorneys’ dockets and adhering to case schedules.


  • Skilled in coordinating discovery production.


  • Ability to organize for heavy motions practice, mediation, and trials.


  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and stay on task.
