Job Title: Vice President of Engineering
Type: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
Salary Range: $200,000 - $280,000 per year
Discretionary Bonus: Up to 30% of Base Salary (depending on company and individual performance)
Retirement Contribution: 9% of Base Salary (Starts after 12 months of employment)
401k Match: 4% dollar for dollar match

Relocation Package: Yes, up to a $10k relocation bonus

Schedule: PST hours

Position Overview: This is a new position created as part of The Company’s modernization efforts. The company is transitioning from a bespoke mode of operation to a "Core and Extend" strategy, where a core product is offered to each customer with additional add-ons available for purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Directors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Drive the transition from bespoke solutions to a core product with add-ons.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects in an Agile or Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) environment.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a Director or above position.
6+ years of experience in Engineering Leadership.
Currently in a Sr. Director or VP title, managing Directors.
Experience working in an Enterprise SAAS organization that has transitioned to or is operating from a "Core and Extend" strategy.
5+ years of experience in an Agile or Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) environment.
Experience with Enterprise Level SAAS companies (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead conversations effectively.
Commanding emotionally intelligent personality.
Understanding of what is most important to candidates when evaluating a new position.
Clear reasons for leaving previous employers with less than 3 years of tenure.
